We are looking for a customer-oriented and reliable

Service & Product Support Technician

to perform on-site and in-house calibration, repair, as well as installation, training and product support. The NJ/PA based position requires frequent travel, including some overnight travel.

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

  • Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
    (component level PCB troubleshooting experience is a plus)
  • Must be able to work independently and to follow procedures
    in order to maintain various customer service milestones
  • Great interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Detailed oriented and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer savy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, IE)
  • Great teamplayer, used to working in a small team wearing many different hats
  • Education: Technical college degree or similar
  • Languages: Proficient in English (Spanish is a plus)
