Flowability & Bulk density tester
The harmonized chapters in the Pharmacopeia (USP, Chapter <1174> / EP, Chapter 2.9.36) on powder flow lists well-defined methods for powder testing aimed at trying to bring about some degree of standardization within the test methodology. Additionally, bulk density measuring is described in USP <616> Method 2 in order to calculate compressibility and Hausner Ratio.
