A unique separation unit and the SmartRake with programmable paddle positions guarantee reliable tablet orientation of all tablet shapes. The test and transport parameters specific to a particular product are stored in the internal product catalogue.
Water and dust-proof to IP65 standard
The award-winning mechanical construction of the 10X is simple, allowing for rapid and efficient cleaning. Component modules fitted on the machine can be dismantled and re-installed easily. Electronics are sealed off and effectively protected.
Method of operation
Upon starting a test, tablet samples are delivered either manually or automatically to the machine. The separating unit ensures that the tablets fed to the balance individually. After weight measuring, the tablet is automatically oriented for thickness measuring and subsequently transported to the diameter / hardness station by the SmartRake with fully programmable paddles.
